Getting there
The Department of Medical Information Processing, Biometry and Epidemiology (IBE) is located within the hospital building “Klinikum Großhadern”.
Public transportation
The IBE can be reached by subway via the terminus “Klinikum Großhadern” on the U6 line. Select the exit in the direction of travel and follow the signs towards the clinic entrance. From the main entrance of the clinic, first take the escalator to the 1st floor ("Besucherstraße"). Follow the visitors’ street straight ahead to the other end of the building. Across from the hospital chapel, turn right into the staircase and walk down two levels (follow the signs in the direction of IBE).
Car
Coming from the city center, turn right from Sauerbruchstraße into Marchioninistraße onto the clinic premises. In front of the main gate (on the right-hand side), turn right into the visitor car park. Follow the signs towards the main entrance to the clinic. From the main entrance of the clinic, first take the escalator to the 1st floor ("Besucherstraße"). Follow the visitors’ street straight ahead to the other end of the building. Across from the hospital chapel, turn right into the staircase and walk down two levels (follow the signs in the direction of IBE).

Take the U6 to the terminus "Klinikum Großhadern". Select the exit in the direction of travel and follow the signs towards the clinic entrance. From the main entrance of the clinic, first take the escalator to the 1st floor ("Besucherstraße"). Follow the visitors’ street straight ahead to the other end of the building until the last door on the right (signposted as "course rooms, lecture halls").
Car
Coming from the city center, turn right from Sauerbruchstraße into Marchioninistraße onto the clinic premises. In front of the main gate (on the right-hand side), turn right into the visitor car park.
From the visitor parking lot, walk on Marchioninistraße about 500 m parallel to the main building, past the green emergency room building. After the emergency room building, the entrance to the lecture hall wing is also on the left-hand side of the street (signposted with a blue sign “Hörsäle”). After entering the building go straight to the 1st floor to get to lecture hall I.
