We apply mass spectrometry-based quantitive proteomics and phosphoproteomics to study post-transcriptional and post-translational regulation of circadian mechanisms in health and disease. In particular, in health we investigate the molecular architecture of the circadian clock. In disease, we study how metabolic rewiring in pancretic cancer affects the circadian clock. In addition, we investigate how sleep deprivation impairs synaptic function by altering protein and phosphorylation dynamics. Read more...
