Sai Agash Surendran

Sai is currently in the final years of med school at TU Munich. His doctorate thesis is about the characterization of the composition and spatial distribution of the tumor microbiome in pancreatic cancer. As he also studies physics at LMU, he has a strong interest in all kinds of bioinformatics, including AI based analysis approaches and digital image analysis. That´s why he is involved in most of our projects when it comes to digest piles of digital data. Not surprising, Sai is also a passionate chess player.
