Additional courses provide an excellent opportunity to broaden scientific perspectives and develop further skills. Participation in these courses is a compulsory component of the research module and complements the independent research work.
Additional events give you the opportunity to expand your skills beyond your own research project.
Lectures: Attend at least two scientific lectures with relevance to medicine. Recommended lectures are listed in the new calendar on this website.
Labmeeting or Journal Club: Participation in at least one of these events is mandatory.
Workshops/Excursions: You may take part in faculty-organized events or external events. Requests for workshops can be sent to forschungsmodul-medizin@med.lmu.de.
Autopsies (count as workshops): Registration with the Institute of Forensic Medicine enables participation.
