Professor Freisleder, a specialist in psychiatry, neurology, child and adolescent psychiatry and psychotherapy, was appointed medical director of the Heckscher Clinic in 1997. Even before his appointment as an honorary professor, the doctor was continuously involved in university teaching at the LMU. Scientifically, he is particularly concerned with questions of forensic child and adolescent psychiatry.
