The MD Fellowships of the Boehringer Ingelheim Fonds (BIF) are awarded both for experimental doctoral theses and to medical students who are aiming for a research project lasting at least ten months in basic scientific and medical research.
The MD scholarships of the Boehringer Ingelheim Fonds (BIF) are awarded both for experimental doctoral theses and to medical students who are aiming for a research project lasting at least ten months in basic scientific and medical research.
The aim is to give talented young students the opportunity to conduct experimental research in internationally renowned laboratories. You can apply if you are studying human medicine in Germany and are changing institutes and cities (in Germany or abroad) for at least 10 months to carry out your research project. Excellent academic performance is required.
Applications can be submitted on an ongoing basis, but no later than three months before the planned relocation.
