  2. Upload the following documents:
    • Signed Supervision Agreement

  • The 1st and 2nd TAC members must be habilitated, have been accepted for habilitation or hold a professorship (with a few exceptions)
  • The 2nd TAC member must belong to a different institution than your 1st TAC member (independence).
  • The 3rd TAC member must at least be the head of an independent working group, i.e. be a PI.
  • At least two TAC members must belong to the LMU Faculty of Medicine
  • For doctoral students in the individual PhD: The 1st TAC member must be a member of the LMU Medical Faculty, TAC member 2 OR 3 can be from outside the Medical Faculty (e.g. another LMU faculty or another university)
  • A helpful list of faculty members can be found in the LMU Directory of Persons and Institutions.

  • Your Supervision Agreement will be created for you automatically after you have completed the registration of your doctoral project in the Campus Portal.
  • Download your Supervision Agreement, have at least your 1st TAC member sign it and then upload the signed agreement back to the Campus Portal.
  • Only after this step has been completed can we issue your letter of admission!

  • Supervision Agreement signed by you and your TAC members
  • Target Agreement signed by you and your TAC members

Your supervision agreement and your target agreement need original signatures of all TAC members and your own original signature! Original signatures must be made by hand and with a pen on paper. Scans, copies or faxes of the signatures are ultimatly not sufficient.

To start with, scans and electronic signatures are sufficient when uploading these documents to the Campus Portal. However, you must submit both documents with original signatures when you submit your dissertation at the latest, if you do not have the opportunity to obtain the original signatures earlier.
