Registration of a Dr. rer. biol. hum. project until September 30, 2018

If you have already registered for your doctoral project before September 30, 2018, you will find all the necessary information here. The date on which the supervision agreement was received by the doctoral office is what counts.

Your registration

Requirements for the Dr. rer. biol. hum. according to the old study regulations:

  • A degree in a relevant subject (Master's degree or equivalent)
  • The supervisior must be a member of the Faculty of Medicine of the LMU with a medical or scientific background who is authorized to supervise.
  • The supervision agreement was submitted to the doctoral office of the Faculty of Medicine before September 30, 2018.

Please register your thesis in the Campus Portal and upload the following documents:

  1. The (old) LMU matriculation number (if available)
  2. The following declarations must be submitted by clicking on the corresponding options in the Campus Portal:
    1. Declaration of previously passed or failed doctoral examinations
    2. Declaration of known sanctions for inaccurate information
    3. Declaration of criminal investigation proceedings
  3. Signed doctoral supervision agreement (PDF, 221 KB)
  4. Details regarding the preliminary examination

If you completed your university degree abroad, please upload the following additional documents:

  1. Curriculum vitae
  2. university degree certificate (high quality scan, at least 600dpi)
  3. Transcript of your degree certificate (high quality scan, at least 600dpi)

Please send a short email to the Doctoral Office as soon as you have uploaded your signed supervision agreement. This is the only way we can ensure that your registration is reviewed promptly

Doctoral supervision agreement

Please do not forget to upload your supervision agreement to the Campus Portal! Without the supervision agreement, the registration of your project cannot be completed.

After uploading the signed supervision agreement, please send a short email to the Doctoral Office to let us know that you have completed your registration. This is the only way we can ensure that your registration is reviewed promptly
