Profile

Corinna Klingler (she/her) identifies as an interdisciplinary health scientist who focuses her research on questions of empirical bioethics. After completing her doctorate on the experiences of migrant physicians in the German healthcare system at the Institute of Ethics, History & Theory of Medicine at LMU, she has spent the last few years working as a research associate (PostDoc) at various medical ethics institutes. She has also gained experience in stakeholder management at the German Biobank Alliance, the umbrella organization of academic biobanks in Germany, and as a coordinator for the working group “ethik learning” of the Academy for Ethics in Medicine (AEM). She also works as a freelance lecturer for qualitative methods and ethics in the health professions.
