We are interested in fundamental questions of human reproduction in health and disease (infertility). Our models include human testicular and ovarian cells. We use various cellular and molecular techniques and cooperate with groups at the BMC, the Gene Center and with national and international partners.

Research Topics
Our research focuses on the human gonads. We use mainly cellular models to better understand the
1. Function and regulation of testicular peritubular cells
2. Function and regulation of ovarian granulosa cells and ovarian granulosa cell tumors
