The research goal of the lab is to understand molecular, cellular, and functional mechanisms governing the development of the human brain. We are inspired by genetic mutations that affect the development of the brain and result in neurodevelopmental disorders. Studying those genes helps us identify basic mechanisms essential for the correct development of the brain and at the same time we understand how brain disorders develop. Read more...
