The interactions of macromolecules and their constant adaptation to new conditions in the organism are essential for biomedicine. To this end, the structure, dynamics and interaction of proteins with their ligands must be quantitatively analyzed. The Core Facility Biophysics offers researchers access to biophysical methods such as isothermal titration calorimetry, MicroScale thermophoresis and analytical ultracentrifugation. We provide researchers with advice and support.
We are listed as a Research Infrastructure in the RIsources database of the DFG.
