The Core Facility Bioinformatics works at the intersection of biomedical research and computer-aided data analysis. We have many years of experience, particularly in the application of high-throughput 'omics' technologies such as RNA/DNA sequencing, microarrays and proteomics. The Core Facility Bioinformatics offers consulting, training and support in data analysis as well as research collaborations for groups within and outside the BMC.
