First BMC-wide Diversity Survey

We conducted a confidential employee survey to broaden our information base on gender equality and diversity at the BMC. The survey also served to inquire about occurrence of discrimination across different employee levels, to identify strengths and/or weaknesses in the working climate of the BMC and to collect and implement suggestions from all ranks at the BMC.
